Shipping + Returns
At THING-AMA-BOB, we’re dedicated to providing you with a pleasant retail experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply send an email to bob@thing-ama-bob.com and our Customer Service will be in touch with you. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Return/exchange condition:
We offer product returns for items within 7 days upon receipt of shipment. The return item must be under following conditions:
The return item must be in the new/original condition with all tags and packing attached.
Item must not be used.
Upon dispute, THING-AMA-BOb reserves the right to make the final decision.
Refund:
We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt. You will receive an email when it is complete.
If the reason for your return/exchange is not a result of our error, the costs of the return/exchange shipping will be deducted from your refund. All refunds will be offered only after we receive the return item.
