Opened in 2013, Revolver was a trailblazing communal dining space in Hamtramck, whose name referred to a revolving cast of rotating chefs who cooked dinners that you purchased tickets to in advance. Revolver lit up most weekends, jammed tight with 40 diners at each seating who clamored for an early preview of the next big thing or a taste of an underrepresented cuisine.
