Opened in 1965 in San Francisco, the Moulin Rouge was the only strip club of its kind in the Bay Area. Suits and jackets were required, and a live emcee entertained as the continuous all star revue of lovely ladies artfully disrobed, including Moulin Rouge’s own stripping starlet, Marta Dane.
