Tooey’s opened in 2008 without a sign as a secret speakeasy, but over the years the secret got out. Some nights, it was a mellow spot for a quiet drink; other nights, it hosted raucous parties. A pool table, outdoor patio, and great happy hour specials ($3 you-call-its!) made it a regular watering hole for anybody looking for an unpretentious place to grab a drink and chat with strangers.
