The Hyde Park Brewery, founded in 1876 in St. Louis, brewed Hyde Park Draught, a beer with “smooth, mellow body, lively natural tang and just the right creamy collar to make it extra-refreshing.” Prohibition halted production in 1920, but that smooth brew started flowing again after America came to its senses 13 years later.
