Sitting at Edgewood’s far end was the Music Room, a basement venue with a thick-fog vibe playing deep house, techno and electronic music by elite DJs and artists from around the world. A glowing boom-box facade was only the beginning. Inside was a dark, sweaty underground bunker with pulsing DJ sets pushing the boundaries all night long; you would walk down those stairs into a completely different world. It played a major part in the underground music scene in Atlanta.
