Brat und Brau dates back to 1969 in Madison, and their name said it all: they featured their own Sheboygan Recipe brat with a condiment bar to dress it to your liking, crispy cottage fries or onion rings on the side, and a variety of beers to wash it down. Es geht um die Wurst!
