For nearly 40 years, Big Rock Chophouse was an upscale steakhouse located in the gothic-style former Birmingham train station, serving melt-in-your-mouth steaks, chops and seafood paired with an extensive wine list. Outside was a lovely, garden-like dining area, and upstairs was arguably the best cigar lounge in America, where aficionados would ensconce themselves for pre- or post-dinner cocktails and a stogie.
