Opened in 1938, Cousin Hugo’s was a Maplewood gathering place for 82 years. It was known for its cold beer, chicken wings, homemade salad dressings, and famous wing sauce. Inside, the lights were dim, the AC was always cranked, and there were hoards of regulars. If you wanted to feel like Norm from “Cheers” {and you were old enough to know who Norm was), then this was the place for you.
