Established in 2013 in the Central West End of St. Louis, Gamlin Whiskey House featured local American steakhouse fare paired with an extensive whiskey list. This was the kind of place where dinner could turn into a whiskey-tasting, then into round-two whiskey-tasting, and so on. Gamlin Whiskey House was truly neat…but went on the rocks.
