Blue Star Cafeteria was an affordable family-friendly kitchen and bar in Austin. Set inside a cool modern interior, this was not your grandma’s cafeteria. Blue Star honed a special menu of elevated comfort food, with dinner specials such as the Cafeteria Meatloaf made with ground chuck, mushroom gravy and vegetables and the Crunchy Cod served with homemade horseradish mashed potatoes.
