Tomcats West was a live music venue on the western outskirts of Fort Worth, gritty as hell, and rowdy to boot. Hard, loud guitars and punishing drums would blare through its top-notch sound system and cheap beer would flow freely from its taps. Tomcats West was a true dive rock bar — loud, sweaty and smoky, with plenty of heart.
