A bright yellow and blue jewel box that opened in 1997, Jolly Bob’s was was a tropical island retreat in Madison. Known best for its creative tropical cocktails, jerk ribs, Caribbean fish plates and homemade guacamole, their outside patio was inviting in the summer, and the inside felt like a mini tropical vacation in the winter.
