Leske’s was an old-fashioned, smokey, meat-and-potatoes supper club in Madison. For almost 50 years, Leske’s Supper Club mixed a superb brandy Old Fashioned (Wisconsin’s unofficial state drink) to accompany aged steaks, fried Walleye, and a healthy dose of Wisconsin cheese.
