Opened in 1953, Minnick’s Top Hat was one of many Supper Clubs in the Middleton area. For 35 years, they epitomized classic Wisconsin fine dining, serving a solid Old Fashioned with steak, lobster and their famous broccoli and cauliflower au gratin (with bubbling crusty Wisconsin cheese, of course).
