Dallas craft beer pioneer Braindead Brewing opened in 2015 with a wall of taps affixed to colorful retro refrigerator door panels, serving their own beer as well as other craft beer. Their menu embraced trends like vegan and regional cooking, and they hosted an epic annual beer event called Festicle on their huge patio, bringing in notable craft brewers from around the U.S.
